Elaine first took an interest in the media sector when she was just 15 years old. Inspired by watching Morph as a young child and loving the characters Aardman Animation created for Wallis and Gromit, she picked up her dad’s M10 VHS Camcorder and created her very own stop motion animation based on Shakespeare’s Macbeth - resulting in a college distinction.
Following college, Elaine moved into TV production, working for the BBC and Central TV where she worked on several programmes including Top Gear, Good Morning Britain, Pebble Mill at One, BBC News and even had a go at presenting the ITV weather forecast.
She then found her passion for marketing and advertising, working for several award-winning agencies on high-profile brands and as a Marketing Manager succeeded in turning a residential care homes’ nativity play into a global sensation.
During her career Elaine has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience building brand and business transformation and is now a Co-founder and Director of IvyJack.
