Whilst focusing on the main benefits of paperless billing and direct debits was mandatory for this campaign, we also wanted to focus on some additional benefits. Our campaign also focused on the environmental aspects of switching to paperless billing with a community focused call to action.
Our integration, design and digital teams worked together to create and develop a fully integrated campaign. The ‘Do your bit. Go paperless’ campaign was launched though local press advertising, social media posts, website banners, email messaging and posters distributed within the local area.
